Welcome to Quest Bound Marketing. By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. SERVICES
Quest Bound Marketing provides digital marketing, website design, graphic design, branding, social media, and related creative services. All services are provided based on agreed-upon project scopes, proposals, or packages.
2. PAYMENTS & FEES
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, deposits, and timelines will be outlined in proposals or invoices. Work may not begin until required payments are received.
Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or termination of services.
3. REVISIONS & DELIVERABLES
Projects include a defined number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Final deliverables are provided once full payment has been received.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILIES
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary materials, content, approvals, and feedback. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and delivery schedules.
Quest Bound Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided materials
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables. Quest Bound Marketing retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Quest Bound Marketing.
6. WEBSITE & THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Quest Bound Marketing is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms such as Wix, Google, Meta, Mailchimp, or other service providers.
7. NO GUARANTEES
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Quest Bound Marketing does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, sales, or revenue outcomes.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Quest Bound Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work or work in progress remain due upon termination.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
